Unfortunately, there are many hounds who end up being turned in to rescue for various reasons, and through no fault of their own. Would you be willing and able to provide a loving home for one of these sweet souls?? Basset hounds are not a breed for everyone, but if they are the perfect breed for you, please consider adopting (or fostering) a homeless basset.

My humans are not involved in basset rescue -- just to clarify -- but we think the world of those who are able to dedicate so much of themselves to helping the needy hounds out there! Thank you ALL for doing what you do to help the hounds who need it!
